236 Coral Rose has closed escrow for $450,000 after 49 days on the market.  This was a standard sale, end unit and arguably the best located unit in Ashton Green.  236 Coral Rose is a Model B - Sutton.

No doubt the best deal in the neighborhood, if the lender will approval a sales price close to the listing price.  107 Danbrook has just come onto the market for sale with a listing price of $399,000.  A Model C - Hackett, my favorite floor plan in Ashton Green, offers 2 bedrooms, approximately 1,183sq' and a tandem 2 car garage.  It's soaring double ceiling and open floor plan really sells me on this floor plan.
