109 Danbrook moves into Back-Up again

 

109 Danbrook has been running the for sale marathon and is currently at 417 days.  Today this little house that could moved into Back-Up Offers again so hopefully it's owners are finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  It was originally listed for sale on December 7th of 2009 for $539,900.  It's had several price drops on the way down and is currently sitting at just $425,000.  This is however a Short Sale so the purchase price may end up being higher than the listing price.  109 Danbrook is a Model G - Paguio.
