Recently sold for a rock bottom price of $485,000, 126 Roadrunner has come right back on the market as a rental at a list price of $2,800 per month. 126 Roadrunner was a short sale and closed escrow around May 26th, 2011 after approximately 244 days on the market. It's the lowest price Whispering Glen has ever seen for one of it's desirable Model D - Clyde since the homes were original sold by Shea Homes.
