Originally listed for a competitive price of $529,000 on July 3rd, 2011, this Model E - Lawson is now on the side lines and only looking at "Back-up Offers". It's listed as "Short Sale/Subject to Lender Approval" so the buyer and seller are most likely waiting to for lender approval of the offer that's on the table. It's upgrades are limited, but still a nice deal close to it's listing price, if the lender allows a short sale.
