As expected, 141 Danbrook reduced it's list price from $2,600 per month to a more reasonable asking price of $2,450 per month. Some units in Whispering Glen, Ashton Green's neighboring tract, have struggled to find tenants willing to pay $2,600 per month so it's no surprise that even with the strong improvement in Irvine rental prices that the price still needed to be a little more competitive.
This is a Model F - Benavidez, which offers all of it's living square footage on the 2nd level and a 2 car, direct access garage and front door at the first floor.
